The Clima Sensor 2000 measures the parameters

• wind speed
• rain (yes/no)
• brightness (east,south,west)
• temperature
• air humidity

The output voltages might be used for the control of external instruments and/or the acquisition of analogue measuring data.
The sensor combines perfectly the sensors for the 5 most important parameters, necessary for the control and monitoring in the field of building control technology, household technology, Venetian- and sun- blind regulation as well as green house control. The compact construction allows a simple and easy mounting .

The Compact - System The Clima Sensor 2000 contains a maximum of 5 sensors for the measurement of the most important parameters, required for the control of protecting and warning devices in the field of building control technology. All exterior parts are stainless, made of synthetic material.		Wind Speed The wind is detected by means of a cupstar, the revolution number of which is linear-proportional to the wind speed. The revolution number is taken by a Reed-contact.
Precipitation The precipitation (rain, snow, hail, soft hail, etc.)is detected acc. to the reflection-method with modulated infrared-light.		Brightness The brightness is detected by three independent photo-diodes which are arranged in 90°-segments (east, south ,west).The three voltage outputs are related to the segments; they are linear to the brightness.
Temperature The temperature sensor is a standard platinum-resistant- thermometer Pt100 (acc. to DIN IEC 751) of long-term stability and high accuracy.		Air Humidity The measurement is carried out by means of an immediately responding capacitive humidity sensor, changing its capacity in correspondence with the relative air humidity.
		Mounting easy made The sensor is completely delivered with a 10m connecting cable and a mounting clamp of stainless steel for the installation on walls or masts.

This sensor - particularly useful for the measurement of precipitation and wind speed - was designed for application in the field of environmental data control and control technology.
Optimizing the energy balance in office buildings the brightness sensor serves for the control of sun- and Venetian blinds in order to shade the sunlight inside the offices. The detection of wind speed and precipitation is important for protecting the sun- and Venetian blinds, as well as for avoiding damages.

The Clima Sensor 2000 meets all requirements made today on advanced sensors . With an excellent cost/performance ratio it offers all advantages of a high-quality instrument.
