We are processing personal data which we receive or collect in the context of the business relationship, such as

• General company details (name, address, VAT number, telephone and fax number)
• Contact details of contact persons (name, position, telephone no., e-mail, fax, etc.)
• Credit information
• Information about the payment process (details of account, ...)
• Access data in the context of the business process

Within our organization your data are exclusively processed by those employees, who require the data to fulfil the contractual and legal obligations as well as for the protection of our legitimate interests.

Third parties commissioned by us – for example IT service providers and contracting parties – receive exclusively those data required to fulfil the arranged tasks. They are contractually obliged to process your data only in the context of our orders and instructions.

In case of legal disputes and payment difficulties the data are transferred also to lawyers, dept collection agencies, and the like.

Public authorities, public bodies, and institutions such as financial and administrative authorities receive those data which we are legally obliged to transmit.

In all cases, we pay attention to the confidentiality of your personal data and will process them only, if there is an applicable legal basis.

Your personal data are stored – as far as required – for the period of the business relationship and according to the legal storage obligation und obligatory documentation requirement

According to the data protection regulations you may require the following at any time:

• information on the data stored about your person,
• correction, deletion, or limitation of processing the stored data,

• to exercise your right to data transmission.
