Our 3D Stereo Disdrometer continues to evolve through continuous software enhancements, providing even greater value for demanding meteorological applications, e.g.:

• Image-Verified Precipitation Measurement: Particle images (up to 4 images per telegram*) are transmitted directly within the measurement telegram. Detected precipitation events are visually documented, while mixed precipitation events can be represented by multiple particle images, providing reliable verification of changing weather conditions.
  * Particle images are only available for particles that fall within the focus area (max. 4 images per telegram).

• Enhanced Precipitation Classification - Further improved classification algorithms enable even more reliable identification of precipitation types according to WMO SYNOP codes, supporting accurate differentiation between rain, snow, sleet, graupel and mixed precipitation.
