What was in demand at METTECH/­MTX26: precision, a broad range of solutions and more measurement points.

Measurement masts equipped with high-quality, discrete sensors continue to play an important role. Precipitation measurementin particular shows just how different the requirements can be. Thies offers a wide range of precipitation measurement technologies, each suited to specific applications and tasks.

We also saw strong interest in our compact, efficiently scalable weather stations: multiple measurement parameters in a single housing, no moving parts and minimal maintenance requirements. This makes it possible to add more measurement points to a network – opening up promising applications and new projects.

With the TECO conference taking place alongside the exhibition, we were pleased to welcome a particularly large number of experts to our stand this year. As well as discussing new projects, we received valuable feedback and first-hand experience from customers who have been using our instruments for many years, which we particularly appreciate.
